Homemade Labour-Aide

 Many sports drinks are recommended to help keep your electrolytes balanced and keep you hydrated. Unfortunately these drinks are filled with chemicals you may not want in your body.
 
I came across a recipe for labour-aide five years ago and tweeked it to my own liking and now I’d like to share it with you.
Homemade Labour-Aide
Makes one quart
     1/2 C. organic lemon juice.
     1/4 C. of raw honey
     1Tbsp. Himalayan sea salt
     1Tbsp Natural Calm CalMag (Unflavoured works best, there is a Raspberry Lemon flavour you may like.) This makes it bubbily!
     Water
Mix all ingredients together and fill the jar with water. (approx 3 1/2 cups)
I have enjoyed this refreshing drink during my own labours and with my chidren on a hot day.
